At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay in cash, bancomat, VISA, MasterCard or Maestro. We kindly ask you to settle the bill on the evening before the day of departure.
Cancellation:
unforeseen events can sometimes occur, which oblige you to cancel your holiday or leave early. Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. We do, however, offer the following conditions for cancellation:
For cancellations made up to 61 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 29 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 to 5 days prior to arrival, 90% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 4 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the agreed daily rate for each day not use.
It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time. We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
