It is not allowed to smoke in the rooms. We don't accept pets. Thank you for your understanding.

Services and facilites:

•    Rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 09:30 and with a large selection of regional products
•    Daily cleaning.
•    Bed linen, bath and kitchen towel are included.
•    Private parking in front of the house.
•    Bicycles can be parked in a lockable room.
•    Ski room with heated ski boot dryer.
•    WI-FI internet connection for free.
•    Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.
•    In our house no pets are allowed.
•    In winter: ski shuttle from the hotel to the lifts in San Cassiano/St. Kassian, Piz Sorega (2 km) and back every 10-15 min.
•    Relatives or friends who have not booked in our house, cannot enter in the room.

Arrival day: the room is at your disposal after 2:00 pm on your arrival day.
Departure day: please leave the room within 9:00 am.

GOOD TO KNOW

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance, simply and securely. Pay the deposit conveniently online! Click here. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay in cash, bancomat, VISA, MasterCard or Maestro. We kindly ask you to settle the bill on the evening before the day of departure.

Cancellation:

unforeseen events can sometimes occur, which oblige you to cancel your holiday or leave early. Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. We do, however, offer the following conditions for cancellation:

For cancellations made up to 61 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 29 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 to 5 days prior to arrival, 90% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 4 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the agreed daily rate for each day not use.

It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time. We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
