Conditions for the apartment

•   Rich breakfast buffet: extra charge of € 18,00/day / person.
•    The prices for the apartment are apply per person and night for a minimum stay of 4 nights and include:
•   Daily cleaning, except Sunday and public holidays (except for the kitchen) and end-of-stay cleaning.
•   Bed linen, bath and kitchen towel are included.
•   Private parking in front of the house.
•   Bicycles can be parked in a lockable room.
•   Ski room with heated ski boot dryer.
•   WI-FI internet connection for free.
•   Fresh bread service on request every day - you only pay for bread, service is free and can be ordered until 4:00 pm.
•   Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.
•   In our house no pets are allowed.
•   In our apartment we have no Moquette.
•   In winter: ski shuttle from the hotel to the lifts in San Cassiano/St. Kassian, Piz Sorega (2 km) and back every 10-15 min..
•   Relatives or friends who have not booked in our house, can not enter the apartment, if this is not respected, we will charge a surcharge of € 10,00/day/person.
Arrival day: normally the apartment are at your disposal after 2:00 pm on your arrival day.
Departure day: please leave the apartment within 9:30 am.

GOOD TO KNOW

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance, simply and securely. Pay the deposit conveniently online! Click here. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay in cash, bancomat, VISA, MasterCard or Maestro. We kindly ask you to settle the bill on the evening before the day of departure.

Cancellation:

unforeseen events can sometimes occur, which oblige you to cancel your holiday or leave early. Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. We do, however, offer the following conditions for cancellation:

For cancellations made up to 61 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 29 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 to 5 days prior to arrival, 90% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 4 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the agreed daily rate for each day not use.

It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time. We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
